Register a New Nonprofit or Charity

If you'd like to add your favorite charity or cause to our list of donation recipients, all you have to do is to fill out the information below and submit it to us for consideration.
Please be aware that you may have to contact your charity or cause in order to obtain all the information necessary to complete this form.

Our customers may designate any charity that is organized or registered to do business in the United States and that is recognized as a tax exempt organization by the Internal Revenue Service.

Upon approval, your charity or cause will be listed within 72 hours, at which time your charity will be able to receive donations.
