Can I customize the outside artwork of a pet sympathy card?

The designs of our pet sympathy cards are fixed. When you find a design that you like, you can click on the details to start the customization process. Click on the large button that says “customize” to add a graphic, perhaps a picture of the departed pet, as a unique showing of compassion to the recipient while grieving.

What options are available for the inside message?

The beauty of a customized sympathy card is that you can send a personal message to the recipients. If you’re not sure what to write in a pet sympathy card, you can also choose from any of one of our preset verses. I’d like to send these cards by mail, can I specify a recipient address on the envelopes?

At this time, you would have to add a recipient address on the envelope for mailing or delivery. You can add a return address or other custom messaging on the envelopes, which are included in each order. Look under the specifications to see a description of the envelopes that will come with your pet sympathy cards.

Can I specify the name of the organization supported by proceeds from my card order?

Yes, you can. Indicate the name of the particular charity or cause on the inside of the card. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
